When a Customer places an order, their name, email, phone, address, and order details are shared with the Merchant that operates the storefront. This is necessary for order fulfillment. Customers are transacting with the Merchant, and the Merchant receives this data to fulfill their order.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform:
These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes beyond what is necessary to provide services to us.
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LocalShop, our Merchants, Customers, or others.
If StanHattie LLC is acquired, merges with another company, or sells its assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users via email or a prominent notice on our website before such a transfer occurs.

The LocalShop Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
